Gluten-Free in Hong Kong!

After living slash surviving in KL on a GF diet, being in Hong Kong feels like you’ve died and gone to Heaven.

Fully GF restaurants abound in the city. One excellent spot is Noodlemi on Bonham Strand, which is completely MSG and gluten-free. So pick from the menu without worry! The pho, for instance, was the best that my husband and I had ever had, gluten-free or not!

The menu at Noodlemi is largely Asian, but there are some delightful desserts too — such as a raspberry pannacotta.

Rather than sing the glories of Hong Kong and give it all out star ratings, let me point you to a great site that basically covers most of GF living in this populous island.

Gluten-Free in Thailand!

Phew! I’m just recovering from a week-long wedding. A friend passed along an excellent blog on living GF in Thailand, so I thought I’d repost. I’ve been to Thailand repeatedly and have always found the place GF friendly, but armed with this guide, I’m even more “all set.” 🙂
