Hello again!

I’ve written about being GF in Germany (and Western Europe in general) before, but this will specifically be about the magnificent gluten-freeness of Turkish food. Turkish food is wonderfully simple, tasty, and often gluten-free. In case it is not obvious, this also applies to Turkish food anywhere! 🙂

Not sure what this is called, but it is essentially cheese, potatoes and cream. Not exactly healthy, but simple (you can easily check the ingredients) and super delicious!
